Lines are smoothed with a 5-minute rolling median; the CSV has every raw reading. Estimated wait = mid-point of the camera estimate (0 when there is no queue; the lower bound when the queue runs beyond the camera). Gaps = no reading. Source: operator waiting-area cameras analysed by an AI vehicle detector; estimates, not measured waits.
